Introduction

The humanity symbol from the Gallery.

The prophecies and predictions have a mixed origination when taken together, but are usually individually labelled or clarified elsewhere. They may originate from the mouth's and minds of extraterrestrials; Asket, from the DAL-Universe; Sfath, Ptaah, Semjase and Quetzal from Erra / Plejades / Plejares. From impulse transmissions received by Billy from the highest-Spirit-form plane which is called Petale, subsequently written down word for word by him. From individuals in ancient times and prehistory, where then the texts have been retrieved by the Plejaren from either the Storage Banks or their own records and translated into a modern understandable language and form by them, into German. And they may also partially originate from Billy’s own calculations.

There are essential differences in the definition of the words Prophecy, Prediction and Probability Calculation. The source of the translation and translator may differ. The differences between the English and German languages makes a perfect translation near impossible, and it's especially apparent with these particularly complicated texts.

• The things of the future can and must only be influenced or prevented in the present i.e now.

• For the majority, because its seen as a fake hoax, what Billy Meier has explained from the Plejaren, doesn’t matter, in the same way as the majority chooses their side incorrectly in the remaining history to be written, that doesn’t matter either. It means that a very large group of people may get something wrong. The NASA Apollo 11 was probably explained for that reason, among several illustrations of mass wrong. But most importantly is that it doesnt matter if 99% of humanity makes a mistake together and only 1% has a difference of opinion, because there is no God and we’re on our own, if your in that 1% who gets it right actually your in bigger trouble. • Wise FIGU members tend to offer the concession that a person or fact must be regarded as correct or justified, if the contrary has not been proven i.e. the benefit of the doubt. Because it is about the entire humanity learning.

• Plejaren are saying that, regarding these events, they won’t be doing anything about any of it, it will be all us, they have offered their opinions at times though. This is to ensure we make the mistakes and learn from them i.e. do not develop a dependence on them. If we are conscious of something then we can usually do something about it. It’s important we are allowed to be shocked by shocking events because it’s all part of the development.

• Presenting the prophecies and predictions alongside the solutions and remedies in the same way we currently present the German alongside the English, instead of presenting them in separate documents. Some individuals have postulated that this could theoretically reinforce the explanations given about evolution, progress and offer an option. - It doesn't quite work this way, an explanation was included in 'Prophetien und Voraussagen' which says, "nothing would be more paradox than a prophecy of positive a nature, which the recipient would try to influence negatively."

• When Quetzal produced the translations of Predictions of the Prophet Jeremia he rewrote the original source text in a form that would be as close to the original as possible while simultaneously being easily understandable for today’s modern readers. He recognised that normal readers would be interested in the core of the message, so didn't insert footnotes about the four year prophet of the new age birth date disparity. The modern reader is capable of realising that Jmmanuels second successor would be born in 1937, according to the chronology of our present calendar. Quetzal’s very skilled translation abilities of the German version have been described as refreshing and astonishing how it is even possible to explain details of the future within the limited word range remit of the past for the today.

• Billy, having been given detailed information about his own future has been able to describe forgetting about a future event that has been predicted to you as not normal, but that doing so helps one to lead a normal life. It prevents one from concentrating on things which cannot be avoided and will happen with certainty.

• There are several predictions which have been openly-concealed.

1) We will continue to age at an unnatural rate with all of its unknown associated afflictions, such as cancers. It was Taljda (most have only heard of Semjase) who discussed the prediction in Contact Report 184. Numerous discussions about it have been archived (non-exhaustive) on the ageing page. The prediction is particularly monotonous-boring apparently so has rarely been reported as integrally associated with Billy Meier nor as integral to understanding Billy Meier's body of knowledge. It's rarely been investigated by scientists, so few articles can be found on google scholar about it and its not commonly known about in the general population so has never featured as a conspiracy-theory before. However individuals through out history have known about various aspects of the open-secret. The prediction has a similar concealment method as the WCUFO where a no impenetrable art-house enigma with a massive plot twist allowing for emergency escape; has been incorporated into a special fold. The Plejaren presumably have to learn about it during their training else many explanations simply wouldn't make sense to the trainee. What is more; shock and confusion may occur were they not given those evaluations with sufficient clarity. Ptaah in a far more recent contact report (cannoned a different way) has discussed the special formula of delusion 'reality-estranged-naivety',^{[citation needed]} among many thousands of specialist delusions necessary for evolution purposes at various different times and stages. The ageing rate calibration has needing to say been with us for a long time.

2) The undiscovered fundamental forces will take a very long time to discover. Billy revealed his oath to keep those secrets confided to him about those undiscovered fundamental forces by identifying the co-ordinates of those secrets as known, in Contact Report 544. In another compartment of the body of knowledge he revealed that the Spirit Teaching is that; whether that will be recognised as being as is or not at some time or another remains undisclosed as being there, openly-concealed, and as being what it is. Living beings are where we'll find the 6th and 7th fundamental forces.

• Only shortly before the prophecy Billy received from Petale on the 30th of January has been fulfilled. Will the recognition that electromagnetic radiation must be curbed immediately and the diesel and lead gasoline engines should be banned as soon as possible because they are really large culprits in the health of nature and humans.

• The eruption of the volcano Vesuvius in Italy, Europe signifies one of several last signs that the long forecast third (fourth) world war/global conflict is imminent in the chronicle of proceeding time. However as it's classified as a prophecy it doesn't necessarily have to be fulfilled/happen and thus could theoretically be avoided with many reasonable preventative actions and decisions by political and military employed individuals. If it does however regrettably breakout the scale described in the prophecies has been estimated as being somewhere between the given collapse of civilization all the way to the destruction to the entire northern hemisphere.

• In Contact Report 670 some of the predictions of Sfath from Wednesday, 1st of September, 1948, are presented. Where he explains to Billy that:

Further predictions extending beyond the year 1963 and up to the year 2250, which I have fathomed by means of foresights into the distant future, I have recorded in comprehensive annals, which primarily however are only intended for your knowledge and which, at a later time, you can request of those who will come after me.

There are several future events that have not happened yet (as of 2017) such as tsunamis, tidal surges, inundations and heavy flooding in northern and western Europe, north Atlantic, north America, New York, south Atlantic and Japan. As well as an opposite reversed type of effect where some Atlantic and Pacific islands are lifted higher and out of the water; plate tectonics and earthquakes. He also mentions two dozen volcanoes; Mount Etna, Mount Vesuvius Stromboli, Mount Marsili many of which are submarine.

• Keridwena explored the future through a voraussagen and later gave the information to Myrddin (Merlin) who later called it prophecies, some of which may have been handed down generationally in the form of myth through United Kingdom history.

• Sfath explored Earths future through an extensive investigation which included visits to the actual future. From which he chronicled a series of voraussagens. Later in 1946 this information was given to Eduard (Billy) when he was 9 years old and who later still had it resent telepathically to him allowing him to write the documents we're familiar with (see listing above) which have become synonymous with him. However in 2016 he partially released some of these source documents up to decade 2020 with precise omissions in order to avoid unnecessary angst of impending events that will (sometimes need to) occur one way or another prematurely.

• Appreciating the abnormality in Earth's Ageing rate is generally considered necessary in order understand certain aspects of the prophecies and predictions. Such as why prior to the 19/20th century a much smaller minority in society could read and write, to why the mainstream adoption of science has been relatively recent in the scheme of time, to why religions have formed close alliances to governments as a feature we can still observe today, to the formation of our laws, decision, politics, continuous national and international conflict, why social changes including revolutions have always been rapid and why the release of Eduards documents was scheduled for the invention/roll out of the internet in spite of often being too complicated for individuals due to dealing with a rapid succession of events and falling after our time yet being in the graspable near future within the overall scheme of time.^{[citation needed]}

• Overpopulation features prominently in the prophecies and predictions. As does national and international politics even if in a moderated way. The Plejaren have explained how their laws and directives forbid them from certain forms of involvement and how they instead had to embroil individuals from another universe to break those rules in order to prevent a catastrophe that had been building for a long time. Our emphasis on politics and military spending and thinking is pivotal to the unfolding of Earth's future.

• Alternative way of viewing the prophecies and predictions. Over a certain perspective they could be viewed as good and seen positively for future generations but only if their viability for fulfilment has been checked thoroughly. Another way of saying it is that there is probably a good reason why on Erra they don't any longer live near coastlines, mountains, volcano's, floodplains, pollution sources, certain desert biomes etc. presumably because their ancestors had learnt something and decided to pass on that information in a useful form. Well we have not learnt that something yet on certain fronts, but have on other fronts. We will learn and do learn, one way or another if there is danger and there is viability for a reality of the event. The Japanese tsunami of 2011 demonstrates that a great many individuals did know something i.e had learnt about the dangers presented by the local ocean from a compound of historical incidents which had made its way to certain town governors who had built a 40m wall, without that history and scientific advisor's checking they may not have built it. Those that built a 40m wall were slandered for much of their careers as wasting money, a megalomaniac etc. because the norm was to build a 30m wall, seen as sufficient as they'd never experienced a tsunami greater than that before, seen as improbable. So their towns 40m wall became a spectacle of slander up and down the coast for years, but remains there to this day. If events in the prophecies and predictions have their shock taken away from them i.e presented in a religious format "I told you so" and are not checked by scientists and do not test what is known then its probably just as well they happened, because nothing is learnt and on some level we could call those events necessary. With the plagues from the dirty water of the middle ages we only decided to roll out international water purification systems after those many disasters, i.e having learnt something. Surgeons once upon a time would use the same equipment with blood all over it for several patients, without them having done that we may not know as much as we do today about hygiene and blood etc. With the asteroid which may very well hit in 2036, apophis, its tricky because the Plejaren have advised us that it will definitely hit unless we do something, anything. But in terms of scientists checking the data, they can calculate it won't hit in 2029 but are not completely sure it will in 2036. Either way its an incredibly expensive endeavour for us to do anything during any epoch, and don't destroy asteroids we don't have to, so the data has to be there. Unfortunately we can't go exclusively on the advice and testimony of any individual, even if that individual is particularly reliable, it just can't ever happen that way. The storms, mudslides, coastal events, volcanism, earthquakes etc. if we are not prepared for them, then its perhaps good they happened and that they were shocking and disastrous, because from that we can learn something and prepare ourselves. Its not a particularly sensational idea, individuals who have never had an earthquake don't need to fit earthquake dampeners to their home do they? Individuals in tornado alley in north America expect tornado's and build special fortified rooms in their homes, individuals who live in an area which has never experienced a tornado but has experience a flood won't do that will they, they'll put their home of stilts or raise it high above the water level. Ultimately Billy Meier's prophecies and predictions are an attempt at boosting our evolution, i.e instigate us preparing ourselves and assessing ourselves properly before inevitable events. There are other predictions which are of a different nature however and are there for individuals assessing where we going and there are other's which are in the form of a riddle because its important that they happen or else we turn down a different developmental avenue. Ultimately we're looking at a global government which restricts a whole range of different activities and promotes other activities because we've learnt where those activities lead to and what happens when do that etc.

• There is a particularly strong glaze over the perception of danger i.e 'i'm in Gods hands' and 'it could never possibly happen to me' and not having any one of any value to listen to. Because its as the Plejaren has explained the middle ages were not 10k years ago they were 1k years ago as would be normal, so there has not been a normal amount of adjustment time. We can see that natural disasters happen; we've just not been around long enough for normal awareness. The prophecies and predictions basically have to happen if you think about it that way.

It refers to certain misconstrued claims accredited to presumably Michael Horn (if so, maybe because he's the one who has discussed it for the longest time, knowledgeable, and in English), in a way which suggests these views and opinions proportionally represent the entire spectrum of available commentary, of all the independently thinking individuals around the world who have looked at this information.

E.g.

"It has been claimed by Meier case supporters that it is impossible for Meier to backdate or retrodict the information in order to make it appear that Meier has published that information much earlier than the official confirmation of it. One of the reasons for that would be that each sentence spoken by the Plejaren is numbered (like verses in the Bible or the Quran), so in every publication the same sentences would have the same verse numbers, which would exclude the possibility of inserting new verses afterwards as this would easily be noticed."

This is not necessarily true. Many for example are not "Meier case supporters" at all. Actually most have taken very little interest in Billy Meier whatsoever, for many, barely an interest has even developed for the who's who, when and why of the circumstances surrounding the procession of decades events. Focusing on the information itself, with the attitude of who care's which characters are which and in what order they occur, and if so certainly not passionately. Few have ever claimed it's impossible to backdate, because readers already know the majority of these texts are published much later, anyone who translates and reads up knows that. Regarding retrodicting, well that for sensible persons is taken as opinion (even if of valuable integrity) because these are methods and technologies which at best we can only say are theoretical and hypothetically possible. The numbering of sentences has nothing to do with religious books, it was campaigned by translators to Billy and FIGU to include numbers to make tracking sentences between the original books, for translating purposes, and for those excerpts copy and pasted around the internet, so that objective folks could stop unobjective folks in their development of wild speculations which don't even exist in the writing because it was translated with the wrong word for the meanings. The new sentences which have been added in the different versions of the books, changing the numbers ordering, if you check each case, it's usually stated on a page at the front of the book where these changes are, it's either obvious that a typing mistake was made because it's clearly meant to be there or it's an extra explanation which makes what was originally written make more sense, but doesn't fundamentally change the meaning of the text, unless the errors and mistakes really did change the meaning, such as a yes, positive instead of no, negative etc. in which case re-reading it and comparing it to the original, tends then to add up that it was what was being explained all along. Another situation is that Billy removes certain sentences deliberately because he is not allowed to reveal certain things. In the early days the entire sentence was removed entirely and the numbers were then added on top of that removal later. However in more recent years the integrity of information removed, retains the numbering and connected explanation even if it then makes the entire paragraph not make sense, because of the criticism of added previously removed content later, so that instead, a confusing paragraph is later printed with all the data originally explained. They are conversations remember, so it will always be the exact same delivery in time, regardless of what was taken out at the time of print, this is one of the reasons they have a conversation, and it's then printed, instead of just writing something, so that the evidence it took place is forever written into time itself. Rather than a conversation in summary i.e. normal author, it's the conversation itself, word for word. The reason the information is taken away to then be added back in later is another issue, which BMUFOR does address, it's as it says, to do with anxiety, panic, fear and inducing behaving wrongly, and Billy has no interest in doing or causing that, the fact that consciousness-evolution is addressed and addresses all these things then proves they're not and that they're dealing with a rather stable base of knowledge.

There are several shortcomings to the explanations on the BMUFOR website, and they're not shy of descending the entire thing into the absolute abyss, by abandoning basic constants e.g. diversity of perspective, time, human inabilities, general social established agreements, fact acknowledgments such as that we don't know everything etc. However there are also many sensible, reasonable, rational, fair observations too, so it's worth the more discerning reader taking a look at what has been presented there. It is interesting.

Knowing they [Plejaren] have a far far better grasp of reality than we have ever had in all history, that they've been there done that, does help, allot, even if you reread it all pretending this in hypothesis if you have to, it does make the flow of what is being explained flow much better and make more sense. Many readers already know about these things. Also many keep very silent (minimal talking, small/no emotional reaction) about this information because they have understood it, this is another factor.

A lot of it comes down to the education of the individual reader, this is reasonably controversial or not depending on the individual. Because for many readers what Billy Meier has written about, discussed, explained, isn't particularly sensational at all, in fact they're quite often glad he has openly said what he has. There are differences of opinion in the world e.g. Hong Kong has the highest average IQ in the world, apparently, but, opinions vary, living in a densely populated city is far from clever to many. Many of the claims are not challenging to many readers, and they've found the additional information, which humanity generally hasn't recognised, realised yet, interesting. They are the ones who are not particularly vocal and challenging to deal with. The ones who have experienced varying problems with it all are the ones who are louder, therefore they are the ones who predominate. This isn't a sensational idea, it's common. BMUFOR has been picking at the information but it's not presenting much of a challenge at all actually, this is partly because they are always comparing the information to other sources. Comparing to other sources is fair enough, but it's unlike other sources of information.

Addressing the religious issue. They don't want to create religions, no author ever does, unless they do, Billy has removed himself as best a possible from the spotlight and forefront to avoid all those things that are claimed he is doing because he knows he doesn't want that and neither do we. We make the religions as individuals, by not being objective and not challenging our beliefs. We are making a new worldwide religion today with the arrangement of facts which scientists are unraveling all the time, with the internet and with the new way of life which differs from all previous centuries, whether we call it a cultural identity, arrangement of values, a 'relegeon' as Billy has called it or a set of traditions. E.g. that smart phone screens are the thing to look at all the time, this is a new belief system, the fact of the matter is that it's dangerous for the eyes, physical body and causes a consciousness deficiency in the form of an estrangement to the reality around them, it's the new belief structure because that is how we move through history, it's evolution and consciousness evolution. Billy has just put out various facts and opinions out there to think about, and just so happens to be supported in it by extraterrestrials, making what he has written more controversial because it's further reaching. Some of the facts that he has revealed change everything, such as the rate at which we are Ageing, or that extraterrestrials have been with us through our entire history. But these things are not challenging or controversial until the evolution and revolution, consciousness developments have adapted and more prevalence of awareness expands out. So readers should expect with Billy Meier for there to be many things we don't know or which we are in the midst of learning, much of which for that reason is going to cause frictions, and readers should expect things to be revealed in this layout of information to learn something new or something they don't want to know or don't want to acknowledge. And there is plenty of it.

Sceptics don't always openly admit it, but they find but one thing which disagrees with them, usually too much of a mirror on themselves, and write off the entire Billy Meier UFO case. This is wrong, and it's the reason the world is the way it is actually with all it's belief systems. E.g extraterrestrials visiting Earth in UFO's, laughable without understanding the nature of reality, the creative-natural laws, how human being interact with one another, how complicated human interaction is etc. The truth has to be taken as a whole, it cannot be selective e.g. UFO's with extraterrestrials have been visiting Earth for all history, without comprehending that our history is incredibly short because our life expectancy is only 80 years. Some of the claims Billy has made if taken out of context are exceptional, e.g. that a thousand million years ago Billy's spirit form was a pure material spirit and arranged itself to deliver information in many personalities, often without even completely knowing why. But only if taken out of the whole and the reason there are thousand and thousand of pages, because it's the whole truth, e.g. religions are bad, while saying its trying to be a new religion, illogical. If you take something out of context without acknowledging all the other things connected to it then ofcourse it isn't going to sit right, this is where we come back to the education of the individual reader again.

Opinions vary, don't cut yourself short, be clever, make your own mind up and go whichever way you want with it, be independent.
