It draws a long, small vertical line of ionized air that looks like a beam of light. When the beamship changes it direction suddenly a new beam of light appears. This time however in a horizontal direction. The two

Description: Sightings by Jacob Bertschinger of two lights. The first light suddenly appears in the distance above the fir tops, is stationary and has a dark yellow color. It then climbs up with an increasing speed to a height of about 200/300 meters and stops. Then its color changes to deep dark red. Then it moves with an enormous speed in the direction of the witness and increases in brilliance and then becomes milk white. The object then climbs to a height of 2000/3000 meters. Then a rain of sparkles begins to fall down, "perhaps 200 meters long". Also extremely loud noises can be heard. Then the object climbs up higher and slowly floats away in northern direction and then disappears. 30 minutes later another red color light appears in the distance above the fir-tops at the same place where light number one appeared and flies away in eastern direction. Description: Nighttime UFO sighting. A large white light appears. Slowly the light ascends to a height of 500 m. At a distance of 1,5 km suddenly a white fireworks starts, which stops after 10 seconds. Then a bit higher it starts again. At the same time the lights slowly climbs. A 170 m long "tail" fails to the earth. This lasts for a minute then the light is off. Then a dark red pulsating object is visible. The core becomes rhythmically brighter and darker. The object climbs. Then the object is above the clouds and has become milk white and is somewhere at a

Description: UFO sightings by six witnesses. A deep red pulsating spot moves without any sound over the heads of the witnesses. After 20 seconds the light is gone. 3.00: For about a minute, a large orange-red "window" appears. 3.30: At a distance of 1,8 km, in the forest, a large light appears. Slowly a pulsating light with a dark red core surrounded by bright red color climbs in to the air. At a height of 2 km it looks like a Bengal light is kindled. A large red fireball lightens up for about 20 seconds.

This one is many times larger as the original light. Ten seconds later

an orange colored light appears. It seems as if the light will approach the witnesses. Orange drops fall down from the light. Between the changes in color the pulsating light is visible. All time the light ascends into the sky. It changes its color into yellow and is visible for 10 minutes then it disappears. Afterwards Meier tells the

witnesses they saw a beamship and its scouting ships.

Description: UFO sound recording event. Exact time unknown, "afternoon" according to "Light Years", pp. 19-20. The witnesses go to a place about two km outside Hinwil. They walk about 150 meters into the area. Then they are commanded by Meier to wait. Meier walks about 50 meters further and places a cassette recorder on a wooden post. After about five minutes the sound of the UFO starts. A dog begins to bark. And after about 15 minutes a police car with two agents

After a short break they are on the point of resuming their trip. Suddenly Meier warns Jacob and Bertschinger that Semjase is right above them with her craft. When they take a look at the sky they see a red fast moving spot

Description: Two witnesses see UFOs after Meier's contact with Semjase. Around 23:30 Meier walks out his house. The witnesses follow him and do see "a twinkling point of light which travels as fast as a satellite". Later that evening they follow Meier to a contact. 00:50: The witnesses do see a point shaped flying object which blinks in short intervals. Meier telepathically instructs the UFO to turn off its blinking lights. Later that night in northern direction, at a distance of 3 km, a fire red disc can be seen. The object hovers in the sky a bit like

a pendulum. Soon it disappears. Then a strange object appears. The object seems to consist of several spheres. After that the witnesses do see another disc shaped object. See Zeugenbuch, pp. 73-80.

The light is about three times larger as the brightest star they can see. Then they notice that the light is slowly moving upwards. Wolfgang Witzer tried to capture the UFO on film but the light was not bright enough to register in the film. Later the object also started to blink

Description: Flight display by beamship. This is an event that was announced by Meier in advance. Some of the witnesses took with them

       photo cameras. At 2:15 in north-eastern direction a red disc-shaped object appears. The object 
       disappears after a few seconds. After that a silver colored disc-shaped object can be seen a bit 
       higher. Then again higher a third disc-shaped object can be seen. The object has three colors.
       Then high above the horizon a silver colored disc appeared which created a rain of sparks. After that the

Description: The vanishing of the tree which features in the July 17, 1976 photo series raised persistent questions and incredulity among some of Meier’s friends, as to how it could possibly have been accomplished. He was eventually able to convince his contactor, Semjase, that she should demonstrate that it could actually be done, and she set a date of July 17th, 1976, for a demonstration. However, she imposed several confidential conditions: no one could be present when the event happened, Meier must not point out the tree in advance, and she would not make her craft visible to anyone on this occasion. On the afternoon of the 17th, Meier, on his moped, led a group of about a dozen in their cars to a grassy spot next to a wooded area, where they released a hot-air balloon that Meier and two friends had constructed a short while before (with some aluminum attached, to see if it would attract the attention of a nearby radar station). Meier stated that the vanishing-tree demonstration would occur in that general area, and that those present should take a close look all around and take photos if desired. Meier also took some photos, they released the hot-air balloon, and then Meier left on his moped in the general direction of the balloon’s drift, but then rode on home. The group followed the balloon along in their cars for a ways, and later hunted Meier up at his house, where he had been waiting for them. They all went back to the site where they had released the balloon, whence Meier asked them if they noticed anything different. They didn’t, until he pointed out where a 3-5m tall young fir tree had been standing an hour before, close alongside a shorter shrubby beech tree that still stood, in the grassy area close to the woods. His beforehand photo proved that this small fir had existed, and the contorted shape of the beech shrub, where the fir tree had blocked its growth on one side, helped confirm the fir’s prior existence. There was no disturbance to the grassy ground that would indicate another tree had been there (Moosbrugger, 2001, pp. 137-139; Stevens, 1982, pp. 149-152; Zeugenbuch, pp. 117-122).

Description: Bertschinger brings Meier to a contact. After 15 minutes Meier contacts Bertschinger using the radiotelephone. First his voice is very weak. Meier tells Bertschinger he is in a beamship and Semjase will improve the connection. And then indeed the connection becomes better. Meier then sends Bertschinger to a new place. When Bertschinger is at this new location Meier asks whether he can see the beamship; it is flying above Kloten airport. And indeed Bertschinger sees an oval disc shaped light in the sky. The explanation later by Meier is that Semjase accidentally rammed the top of the tree with her beamship during an uncontrolled manoeuvre because she received a telepathic pain impulse from Meier. The GEO magazine shows a painting of a future earthquake in San Francisco. Stadlin suspects Meier of photographing the pictures in the GEO magazine. However Brand, Runkel and Wächter point out all kinds of differences. For example Meier's pictures do have more details and the point of view is different. Meier's explanation later is that the painter of the GEO magazine painting had received impulses from the Baawi-intelligences (a race that works together with the Plejarens). Description: American UFO researcher Wendelle C. Stevens is visiting the center. It's raining heavily outside. Billy has a cold and lies on a sofa in the living room. In the evening Meier is called up for a contact. Stevens witnesses how Meier and with the help of some of his group members makes preparations for the contact. Meier then leaves the house. Stevens follows him. When Stevens is outside the house he only sees three fresh footsteps in the mud on the ground. His conclusion: Billy Meier has simply disappeared. After 40 minutes Meier calls to the center whether somebody can pick him up with a car in Elgg (16 km from the center). Wendelle Stevens drives along with Jacobus und Popi to Elgg. In Elgg they meet Meier. Despite the rain his clothes are dry and he seems in better health as he was before the contact with his ET friends. Bertschinger notes that Meier could not have travelled to Elgg with his moped or any other means within 40 minutes. This then is evidence that his ET friends transported Meier. The next day Meier gives Stevens some Vatican and pope related information and predictions. Stevens states that some of the information he received from Meier has turned out to be correct.

One day as Brand comes home from her work she witnesses how Meier and Bertschinger have largely cut down the tree. She also sees how the enormous stem lies on the ground next to the remaining trunk of the tree. The next morning Brand and Wächter see that the large tree stem lies on another location. Strangely, Brand hasn't heard Jacobus getting the tractor and she also hasn't heard him dragging the trunk away. She should have heard this because she sleeps very close to the place where the tractor is parked. Meier's explanation later is that he moved the tree trunk using his telekinetic powers. However halfway he lost his concentration due to a sudden toothache and he had to later ask Bertschinger to drag away the tree. The witnesses conclude that the traces on the ground are also consistent with Meier's story.

Meier explains that Florena wanted to visit Meier in his office. However she found out that everything was dark there and that Meier was in the kitchen. Description: Daytime UFO sighting. Bernadette Brand sees Meier walking on the center ground and asks whether he perhaps is observing something in the sky. Indeed this is the case since he is observing hot-air balloons that fly in the air. 18:24: Some of the witnesses do see a white silver colored object in the sky in the vicinity of one of the hot-air balloons. The object is disc-shaped. After seven minutes the object suddenly disappears. 18:46: Again a similar object can be seen in the sky. This time Freddy Kropf is able to photograph the object. This second time the UFO at some points seems to have an elliptical shape and also the shape of a cigar. Also this object suddenly disappears.

 Later that day some of the witnesses hear mysterious footsteps without seeing anyone and
 Meier shortly sees a mysterious shape. According to later explanations by Meier's extraterrestrial
 friends the two UFOs were two Plejaren craft. The mysterious walker was the ET Samjang

They also conclude that the object doesn't make any sound. Suddenly the object quickly decreases its height and disappears when it is close to the center’s main building. Shortly later (at 00:36) when Brand resumes her walk she sees two "traveling stars" in the night sky. One of the lights moves from the west to the east and one moves from the southwest to the northwest. Finally, the UFOs disappear behind tops of the trees. At 1:44 Brand again sees a UFO in the night sky. Later that night Brand talks with Meier and he informs her that she had the luck that night to see the extraterrestrials Quetzal and Tauron leaving the study. The

According to Meier the prints were created when the

Then suddenly a man appears on her section. Due to Meier's warning Brand could prevent a possible fatal accident. According to Brand there was no way she could have seen the man and when she asks Meier how he

Description: Nighttime UFO sighting. The witnesses are on the center ground when they see a UFO in the night sky. The white yellow colored light makes no noise and travels slowly from the west to the east. One of the witnesses then informs Meier and when he joins the witnesses he confirms that it's a telemeter beamship. He then tells them that he will turn off the lights of the beamship and indeed the witnesses see how slowly the light extinguishes.

When he meets Meier in the center he is surprised by Meier's knowledge of a traffic accident he almost had during his vacation. According to Keller few people knew of the accident and it’s unlikely they informed Meier about it. Meier tells him that the source of the knowledge was a dream he had

Brand and Meier are walking on the center ground when Meier draws Brand’s attention to a bright light that slowly travels in the night sky from the east to the southwest. After three minutes the light slowly disappears in the night sky. Then they witness a second UFO that travels a bit faster from the north to the south. Finally they witness a blinking UFO in the night sky. During this last sighting one of the UFO occupants confirms to Meier by means of telepathic message that they observed Plejaren craft.
