The Plejarens appear so reasonable and accommodating when they are no longer in control of Billy's decision to break off contact with them when they realize they are partly to blame for his breakdown!
I really take notice on Semjase's approach of announcing an advanced visit prior to his birthday, whether they used their time machine to accomplish this or out of pure human compassion are hinted in Billy's response. Too bad we could not see her facial non-verbal response?
It just proves beyond a doubt that guilt, when addressed appropriately with resolution action is beneficial to both parties and helps in the healing as well as evolutionary process. Because not just both parties at each end of the "equation" are strengthen, but also the inter-connections amongst each have been positively affected as well.
If it works for benevolent BEINGS/Beings, then it should also work for malevolent ones as well! These "Equational Potentials" are unlimited and the answer for all the misgivings going on.....SAALOME everyone and best wishes.
