Unfortunately I find that the Plejaren have again, failed to recognize a golden opportunity to resolve several issues at hand of an otherwise destructive event about to occur. Typical of their "hands off" approach, adhering to their unwielding "directives", letting events go their destructive paths.

Instead of being front row witnesses to such a waste of humanity, the Plejarens could have initiated a solution by offering medical and refuge on Earth for the 4,000 plus doomed ETs.

Their home planet would not take them back, but it was not their fault but some navigation error that brought them to Earth, thus they were doomed even if they could manage to fix their ship. These ET's could have been afforded the opportunity to also counter-balance the negative impacts the evil Giza intelligences were doing to world leaders leading up to WW1 and WW2.

No, the Plejarens are too rigid and not flexible for human compassion and more interested in maintaining their "directives". Innovation or creativity outside of these guidelines are not welcomed, evolution is based on predictions and prophecies, the foundation that Nokodemjon has laid down billions of years ago on which the Plejarens and others currently stand on appears to have no validity as far as I can tell or am I wrong to assume such ideals exist at all?

Now these 4,000 plus ETs are undergoing the short re-incarnation process on Earth, while those ET's that have done far worse crimes are on some other planet, enjoying their long life cycles without the threat of total destruction from degenerate interferences.
